Watch a name, a European company or a Dutch plate for 30 days: alerts by webhook or polling when a sanctions match appears, a company's status, name or address changes, or APK and recalls change.

Use when the user wants to be told later: watches one item for 30 days, paid once, no account. kind=sanctions (a name, re-screened when the EU, UN, UK or US lists change), company (COUNTRY:name or number, register checked daily) or apk (Dutch plate, daily). Alerts go to webhook and to /v1/watch/alerts with the returned token. Input: kind, value, optional webhook, label.
