US Entity List and UFLPA screening API

Use before buying from, selling to or shipping to a company, above all a Chinese or Russian one: screens the name against the US Consolidated Screening List (Commerce, State and Treasury export-control lists, without the SDN list, which the sanctions screen covers) and the DHS UFLPA Entity List (forced-labour import ban). These restrict trade, they are not asset freezes. Input: name, optional type (entity or person), threshold.
