Check a European company in one call
Factline's company check finds a company in 10 official registers, screens its registered name against the EU, UN, UK and US sanctions lists, checks that the VAT number belongs to it, and flags very new websites and Dutch bankruptcies. Your agent gets one verdict (pass, review, block_review or incomplete) with the source of every part.
Built for agents and workflows that onboard suppliers, customers or counterparties: procurement, marketplaces, invoicing, payouts, B2B sales.

Questions
What does one company check cost?
USD 0.05 per check, paid per call with x402 (USDC on Base or Solana) or with credits on an API key (25 credits). A check that fails because a source is down is not charged.
What is the difference with the KYC check?
The KYC check (USD 0.01) screens a person or company name and verifies email, phone and VAT. The company check starts from the official register record and checks everything against that: sanctions on the registered name, whether the VAT number belongs to this company, the website, and Dutch bankruptcy.
Are Dutch companies covered?
Dutch companies with an LEI are found through GLEIF, with their KvK number, and get an automatic bankruptcy check. The KvK register itself is not open data, so Dutch companies without an LEI are not found by name; send kvk to still get the bankruptcy check.
Is the answer legal advice?
No. It is an automated screening aid with the source of every part, so a person can confirm a possible match against the official list.
