PEP screening API (politically exposed persons)

PEP screening for AML/KYC agents from Factline's weekly Wikidata extract (CC0): heads of state and government and ministers of every country, central bank governors, MEPs, and national MPs of the EU, EEA, UK, US and Switzerland. Fuzzy name matching with scores, positions with country and dates, in office or former (default 5 years, years=1-10), optional birth_year and country. Pairs with /v1/sanctions/screen.
