Factline compiles facts about Dutch addresses from Dutch government open data (BAG, CBS, Politie, Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed, Leefbaarometer) and presents them in English.

Information, not advice. Reports are provided as-is for general information. Neighbourhood figures are averages for the CBS neighbourhood, not for the individual home. Data can be out of date or incomplete. Do not rely on a report as the only basis for buying, renting or financial decisions.

Not an official document. Factline is independent and not affiliated with the Dutch government or any of the data providers.

Payments. Consumer reports cost €2.95 including VAT, paid through Stripe. Agent access costs the listed USDC amount per request via the x402 protocol; requests that fail are not charged. A report is digital content delivered immediately at your request, so the right of withdrawal ends once it is shown. If a report is clearly wrong because of an error on our side, contact us for a refund.

Fair use. No automated scraping of the free tier beyond the published rate limits. Use the paid API for volume.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount paid for the report concerned.

Law. Dutch law applies.
