Privacy

What we don't collect. No accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts. Reports contain no personal data: no owners, no individual property values.

What we process. The address you look up, to build the report. Daily request counts per endpoint (no IP addresses stored). For agent payments: the transaction hash, paying wallet address, amount and the country of the request, kept for bookkeeping. Our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses to deliver the service and apply rate limits.

Payments. Consumer payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the looked-up address, not your card or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Retention. Payment records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. Cached reports expire after 7 days.

Your rights. You can ask for access to or deletion of data relating to you, within legal retention limits.
